Process of Writing Paper
Lets discuss the format of your paper... (I chose to talk about rules for the example)
Introduction:
Your introduction should include what topic you chose to write about. After you have discussed a little bit about why you chose this topic then write two to three things you will be going more into depth about on your topic. For example if you chose rules then pick three important rules of golf and discuss those three rules more in depth throughout your paper. You could also choose to write about how the rules came about and how each rule became more exact through the years.
Body (2,3,4) Paragraphs:
The three things you chose to go into more depth about you talk about in these paragraphs. The first thing you listed to go into more depth about in the introduction is in the first paragraph. Talk about the rule....What is the rule? What does it mean? Can you find out when it was created and who created it? Has it ever changed through the years? Give your opinion, if you think it is a good rule or not. If you think the rule should be changed, what should it be changed to? Those are just some examples of questions you can answer throughout these three paragraphs.
Conclusion:
Recap your whole paper. List the three things you've discussed in your paper again and a new little fact about each thing. Tell me anything that you learned or want to learn more about. If you found an interesting fact about golf here is the time to put it into words.
